am a M.B.A. graduate. There have been times when I have been
accused of being a professional student, I consider my profession
broadcasting. I have spent the last 15 years working in different
facets of the broadcast industry, and currently I am a producer/director.
My hands-on experience in the car wash industry came from Bill
Pitzer. When I was in Washington, I would fill in for Bill at
the car wash when he was out of town. Bill taught me a lot about
